🌟 Example: If you are thinking of selling, and if you're needing to be moved out by June, we would need to figure out NOW when we need to sell it by in order to get you to where you need to be. 🌟
🏡 When it come to buying a home, we need to makes sure you're not moving into your home any earlier or later than you want. For example, if you're renting - you are typically locked in a lease.
🔑 We want to make sure you're moved out of where you currently are, and moved into your current home so: 1. You're not homeless for a month OR 2. Not paying an extra month's worth of rent.
