Hi, everybody! My name is Zoey and I have a story that hits a red line. Only such a loser like me could get a scary disease which ceased to exist over a century ago! You can find it only in a test tube.
It all started with a great idea of my friends. I live in a country of the South, close to the ocean. No one here is impressed by islands, they are everywhere. Having a trip to a island here isn't a holiday but a weekday. Sometimes it's even a workday — most of my friends work in the hotels based on islands. I myself help my mom sometimes, working in such a tropical heaven for the rich people. She works as a hotel receptionist and I replace maids sometimes.
But I wanted some action. I needed something unusual and extraordinary. Also, holidays — and parties — should have been started soon. Guys from our posse had an idea to leave for the most distant island where no tourist or local ever goes. They suggested playing a role game, like we're pirates and search for a treasure. We're older than 20, but we still love having this kind of fun.
Well, the idea was accepted and we started preparing. Girls did the maps, guys did the decorations. We were going to the island in small groups to spruce the island up — to make it look more real. And we also made flyers to lure people inside our party. As a result, lots of people came so we divided into three teams.
On the X-Day we gathered at the dock. We dressed up to have more fun: some came with a peg-leg and a parrot, some had a neckline plunged as... Whatever. We rented a ship because boats seemed boring to us and it's far more uncomfortable to get to the island by them. Tourists photographed us and we could earn money from selfing with them in a kind of "pirate style"!
