Dr. Todd helps a patient that is suffering from Chronic Lymphedema aka Elephantiasis. The patient is also diabetic so nail care is performed. The goal is to try and help the patient control some of his swelling which in turn would help prevent ulcerations and drainage from his legs to improve his quality of life.
