Talking ERG Mode: How Often Should You Use ERG Mode?

Talking ERG Mode: How Often Should You Use ERG Mode? #smartbiketrainers #ergmode #indoorcycling
One of the best features of a smart bike trainer is ERG mode. ERG mode is when you are attempting to do a structured workout using an app or a device that supports erg mode and the trainer will control resistance for you. As you go through each interval block, the trainer will automatically make small tiny adjustments to resistance to keep you at your target regardless of how fast or slow you pedal.
So there is no need for you to manually adjust resistance or worry about pacing. As long as you are pedaling the trainer will take care of the resistance for you to keep you at your target. Coach Heath Dotson from HDCoaching is back on the SmartBikeTrainers channel
