We are back at it again! Since you all have loved seeing Money's mum so much and we have enjoyed filming them so much, we thought we would bring you another cooking video with mum, and one you have all been requesting so much: aloo paratha! We really hope you enjoy this one, and let us know in the comments below if you have any more suggestions for us to cook!

THE RECIPE:
Ingredients:
6x potatoes
1x brown onion
2x green chillis
Kasuri Methi
Red chilli powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Cumin seeds
Garam masala
Amchur powder
Oil (whichever you prefer, we use olive oil)
Atta flour (Roti flour)

Directions:
Firstly, boil and peel potatoes, and peel and chop the onion and green chillis together. Once this has been done, put potatoes, onion, and green chillis into a bowl. In this bowl add 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2-1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of amchur powder, a pinch of kasuri methi, and a pinch of cumin seeds also. Once these have all been added, mash these ingredients all together until potatoes have been fully mashed and all ingredients are blended well together.

Next, make your roti mix by adding the atta flour to water, and knead well with your hands. Take a small amount of this flour mixture, and roll into a ball, and then flatten this with your hands, and roll it out until this is a small circle. Put the potato mix in the middle of this flour mixture, and then bring up the sides of the mixture with your hands, until the potato mixture has been fully covered. Then, flatten the flour mixture with your hands, and roll it out to your desired size you want your paratha to be. Next, add this to the flame, remembering to turn it over multiple times to stop from burning. When this mixture has almost cooked fully, add a little oil to the outside of the mixture and flip to put this side under the flame. Once this has been done, the paratha is now ready and you can take it out and put it aside to eat. Repeat these steps until you have your desired amount, and enjoy! This is most commonly eaten with yogurt, or good on it's own also!
