Just a few minutes a day focused on the bigger picture of who you are, can invite that bigger truth of you to land home and embody. These short daily meditations can support you in setting aside the manifested world, and all of the problems that go with it, and help you get perspective on what really matters. This can help you get into the flow with greater, more harmonious, supportive forces and available solutions.
The 21 DAYS OF PRESENCE Meditation Series was originally created to support souls in being present and finding peace in powerful astrological times, leading up to Solstices and Equinoxes. We are living in a potent time of many changes, but also an increasingly busy world, full of many distractions. Even just 5 or 10 minutes a day, put aside for presence, to remember who you are in your bigger cosmic self, can change your life.
