Florida's water is not that deep beneath the surface, right? The MSDS sheets for the Benonite and the multitude of additives state. Do Not allow to enter sewer systems, drainage systems, stormwater systems, surface water or subsurface water. These HDD machines can pump hundreds of gallons per hour deep beneath the ground. These slurry's can have all kinds of crap added to them. Not much different from Fracking.
The drilling bore path itself can cross nature fractures and even create man-made fractures. This is how Frac-outs happen. No one is tracking any of the Bentonite or any of the additives. How much has already been pumped deep beneath the surface and flowed deep into our Water?
This has and will continue to change the nature flows underground and contaminate our waters too. Bentonite is a Natural clay but it is not Natural to Florida. Bentonite has also been tested and found to have elevated levels of lead. Just google it.
The HDD drilling that are happening right now, along US 17/92 in Polk County are only a few hundred feet long. They are using 2 to 8 pallets per bore. Each pallet has 48 - 50 lb bags per pallet. That is 2,400 lbs of Bentonite per pallet plus the additives. How might this impact our waters? The illegal dumping is a Industry Standard. Please, the next time you see a HDD drilling machine. I promise you, you will also see some type of Vac-Tank. Watch where they go. They are dumping it somewhere and it could be in your neighborhood. #MniWiconi #WaterIsLife #RightsOfNature #FRONN #BythePeople #ForthePeople #UNITED #WeCan
This is just one MSDS sheet of 1 of many HDD additives.
