I animated a nightmare I had (also sort of a stress relief | vent-thing?) (gore warning) I have no idea what the nightmare meant, but I animated it and that helped me relax a bit. It just felt like I had more control over it since I was drawing it and stuff. I’d suggest doing that too if you’re ever disturbed by nightmares, it’s strangely calming :)
