I've discussed the benefits of combining different styles of training several times in the past: that means using kettlebells to supplement animal movements, using isolation movements to improve your compound lifts, or using big lifts to fill in the gaps left by calisthenics. Or of course you can combine all those things and throw in some cardio and HIIT for good measure!
