I wanted to provide my thoughts on the program and provide information that i found beneficial when trying to understand the need for these permits. I have heard allot of negativity about PA Fish and Boat and these permits, so i wanted to share this info in hopes that it gets everyone researching and forming their own opinions. I would love to see more support for these permits because i believe that they will benefit the fisheries here in the state of Pennsylvania.
