A Disha Women's police station was inaugurated at Yendada Highway in Visakhapatnam on the occasion of Women's Day. The police station was inaugurated by Commissioner of police R K Meena, District Judge Bhanumati and other officials. Disha police stations are set up especially for protection of women where all the staff are women and it focuses on preventing crimes against women.
