Corporation of the City of Panaji Commissioner Sanjit Rodrigues has announced that Uday Madkaikar and Vasant Agshikar have been elected unopposed as Mayor and Deputy Mayor respectively. This will be the 2nd term for Madkaikar as Mayor of Panaji. Speaking to media, Madkaikar has stated that he will work to make Panaji an ideal city.
