Taiwan planning US$2b relief fund for businesses affected by COVID-19 Taiwan is planning a relief fund of around US$2 billion to help local businesses affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. That includes around US$67 million to stimulate domestic consumption. The island has recorded 18 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus.
