Trump’s Audience Just Laughed At Him During Speech About FBI Even Though It Didn’t Appear He Was Trying To Be Funny: Donald Trump could probably be considered a funny guy, but not in the way that he would hope. This isn’t really belly-busting, side-splitting, all in good fun comedy, but moreso an “Oh my God, the world is ending and if I don’t stunt my emotions to the point of morbid comedy and laugh about it I think I might die” sort of “funny.” The point I’m getting at here, long story short, is that the guy ain’t got good jokes. In fact, 99 percent of the time, he’s not even attempting to make one. The whole situation is just really so bad that your choices are either (A) laugh through the existential dread or (B) cry.
It seems that’s what ended up happening today as Trump delivered a speech at an official White House event, in which he went on a rant about his good, indicted, and sentenced pal Roger Stone, complete with an onslaught of attacks against the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
