Hey all! Here's something a little different to break up the hair reviews and such! SKIN! I'm a total skin advocate...I love skincare, and it sucks, because I still have hormonal breakouts around the chin area every now and then. I definitely know it's hormonal, and then when I don't leave it alone, it's due to stress. Blah!
One thing that can really help even out your skin tone and texture is exfoliating. This can also help eliminate dirt and oil, which can assist with minimizing breakouts. Exfoliating is a great anti aging tool as well, as removing dead skin cells helps new fresh vibrant skin come to the surface, and allows your skin to renew itself more often. It leaves it looking bright, luminous, and soft. Have you ever felt like your skin had a dull appearance? Exfoliate! Ir does wonders!
